and keywords Thesis title: Criminal Liability for the Dissemination of Illegal Content on the Internet The presented thesis examines the issue of criminal liability for the dissemination of illegal content on the Internet. It approaches the topic at a general level in order to define the concept of illegal content on the Internet from the perspective of criminal law, analyze the mechanism of criminal liability in relation to the dissemination of illegal content and map the area of criminal liability for illegal content on the Internet at the level of its possible subjects. The thesis consists of three parts, which are formed by individual chapters. The first part of the thesis deals with the problem of the scope of law on the Internet and its possible solution, both in general and with emphasis on criminal law and the fight against cybercrime. This part of the thesis also identifies the specifics of the Internet environment when it comes to the application of law, which are essential for placing all other knowledge that the thesis brings into the overall context of the reality of the Internet. Transformation of the usage of social network Facebook during the period of 200*9 - 2017

The aim of Master's Degree Thesis "Transformation of the usage of social network Facebook during the period of 2009-2017" is to reveal changes in user behavior on the social network Facebook during the period 2009-2017 and to explain causes of those changes. The research part of this thesis is supported by several theoretical backgrounds describing the development of online media and social media and focusing on their technological, historical and social evolution. The research itself has two methods - quantitative content analysis and qualitative analysis of an audience. The main research question of quantitative content analysis "Has user behavior on social network Facebook changed in time?" is supported by four hypotheses that are built on main ideas of the theoretical framework. The main research question of qualitative analysis of an audience "Why the user behavior on social network Facebook has changed in time according to users?" builds on quantitative content analysis and explains causes and motivations of changes in user behavior on social media Facebook.

Possibilities of content distribution on the example of Czech and foreign media

My bachelor thesis Possible ways to promote and distribute content on the example of the chosen Czech and foreign media describes the current state of online and print media, what problems and challenges are they facing and what are the possible solutions to those. One of these problems is also the distribution and promotion of medial content. Media are more often forced to look for new ways of finding target readers for their content which is much more complicated nowadays, in online environment particularly, because the readers' behaviour is now changing. In the theoretical part I am trying to specify and name these problems; firstly by myself and then with the help of in-depth interviews with leading representatives of few chosen Czech media. I also dedicated one chapter to the description of a start-up called Trafica, to which I am also a co-founder. My resources were on the one hand literature, such as Amusing Ourselves to Death by Neil Postman or selection of Marshall McLuhan's work, but on the other hand I have used mostly online resources, which is due to the not properly examined subject of the thesis.
